1. GENERAL
The general terms and conditions of the www.witchhazel.eu trade are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the International Codes for E-Commerce (ZVPot-UPB2).
The online store www.witchhazel.eu by WH, WITCH HAZEL d.o.o. Please read the general terms and conditions of the online store carefully as you are bound by the moment you enter our online store. You are deemed to be aware of the full content of the Terms and Conditions with any transaction made through our online store and consent to the terms and conditions offered without restrictions. Registered and unregistered users can buy from the online store www.witchhazel.eu. When you register with an online store system, you get a username and password that is the same as your email address and password. The username and password unambiguously define and link the user to the data that you enter. By registering, the visitor shortens the order process as he/she does not have to refill in his/her personal data every time. The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions without special notice. The changes are valid from the time of publication and are binding to the user. The online store is open daily, 24 hours a day. For various technical reasons, business via an online store, or even access to a store, is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to restrict or completely stop the sale of some or even all products for a limited or indefinite period, or to restrict or completely stop access to the website of the online store for a limited or indefinite period. The provider assumes no responsibility for the failure of the store due to non-use, any consequences of misuse of the online store, failure of the service due to a network failure, power failure or other technical disturbances that could temporarily, even for a long period of time, interfere.
2. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
2.1 Purchase as “registered user” or “guest”
You can perform an order as a registered user or as a guest.
2.1.1 Purchase as a “guest”
If you decide to buy as a guest, you must re-enter your personal information every time you purchase. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Confirm your registration by clicking on the CONTINUE button. If you leave any required field blank, you will be directed back to the registration form which will indicate which information you forgot to enter or where you made a mistake.
2.1.2 Purchase as a “registered user”
If you wish to register with the www.witchhazel.eu online store, you will need a valid email address where you will be sent an email message with registration information. Please enter your personal data when registering. Registering saves time on later purchases because you don’t have to re-enter your personal information every time and you have a history of past orders in your MY ACCOUNT profile.
Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Confirm your registration by clicking the CONTINUE button. If you leave any required fields blank, you will be directed back to the registration form which will indicate which information you forgot to enter or where you made a mistake.
After you have correctly entered the data, the next page will show that an email with registration information has been sent to you at the entered email address.
If you don’t receive an activation email, check your junk or spam folder. If it is not in the specified folder, please email info@witchhazel.eu to inform us.
To review product offerings, you can browse our online catalogues and campaigns or read product-specific descriptions. On the left, you have a variety of filters that allow you to find the product you want as quickly as possible. The easy product search also allows you to search for keywords located at the top right. When you find the product that you want to order, click the IN CART icon. You can check how many items you have in the CART at the top right. If you hover your mouse over the CART button, you’ll see a list of items that you have in your cart, the total amount and the AT CHECK BOX button. When you want to complete your purchase of the items in the CART, click the CHECK-IN button and follow the steps.

AT THE CASH REGISTER:
1. PURCHASE OPTION: If you are already signed in, use your profile to choose a payment method. Otherwise, you must register or sign up first. You can also make a purchase as a guest and enter all the necessary shipping information for each order.
2. PAYER ADDRESS: Check your delivery information and click the CONTINUE button. The DELIVERY DETAILS button follows.
3. DELIVERY DETAILS: Select the delivery address (choose an existing address or enter a new address) and click the CONTINUE button
4. DELIVERY METHOD: Select the delivery method for the order and click the CONTINUE button. Follow PAYMENT METHOD.
5. PAYMENT METHOD: Choose a payment method and tick the icon where it says you have read and agreed to the general terms and conditions. Next, click the CONTINUE button.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION: Review the order again and confirm it by pressing CONFIRM ORDER. The order is complete and has been placed for further processing. You can follow the history and status of your orders at any time by clicking the History tab. You will also receive all order information to your email address.
3. PAYMENT METHODS IN SLOVENIA AND AROUND THE WORLD
3.1 PAYMENT METHODS IN SLOVENIA When shopping online, the provider allows the following payment methods:
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY: When paying for delivery, you will pay the delivery service in cash. Please note that Pošta Slovenije’s delivery service charges a commission for this kind of service that is not accounted for. Namely: –
Charges €1.05 in commission for the amount of ransom up to €98.00

Charges 1% of the value for the amount of ransom between €98.00 and €501.00
– Charges €5.01 for the amount of ransom above €501.00 The fee is paid to the postman directly; the cost is not included in the value of the package.
PAYMENT WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD: We accept payments from Mastercard (Maestro) and Visa cards. When you make a debit or credit card payment, your order will be processed immediately. Once your card information has been verified and approved by Activa Payment Gateway, your package will be sent in the mail.
PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL:
PayPal represents a simple, fast and safe way to pay for orders online. Your credit card number is not disclosed to the seller.
When paying via PayPal, select the option “Have a PayPal account?” and log in with your username and password.
3.2 PAYMENT METHODS WORLDWIDE (OUTSIDE SLOVENIA)
When shopping online, the provider allows the following payment methods:
PAYMENT WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD: We accept payments from MasterCard (Maestro) and Visa cards. When you make a debit or credit card payment, your order will be processed immediately. Once your card information has been verified and approved by Activa Payment Gateway, your package will be sent in the mail. You can also pay via PayPal.
4. PRICES
All prices in the online shop are in euros and include VAT (value added tax).
All orders are subject to current prices. When purchasing, we will take into account the price that is valid at the time of the payment certificate.
The prices of the products are currently in force, but we can change them without notice.
CAMPAIGN DISCOUNTS
The time limits for the validity of the action offer shall be valid until cancellation. When purchasing, prices are valid at the time of confirmation of the order. The offer is valid until cancellation.
Users of the online store can buy products at discount prices. Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. Similarly, for any product to which the action or discount price applies, the conditions for participation in them will be clearly defined.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT CARDS
As a way of special promotion, users can also buy certain products with discount codes or gift cards, which they can collect via SMS, leaflets, social media, or other ways. Promotional codes bring various benefits when purchasing and have time limits. The codes and usage rules will be clearly defined. Code entry is enabled for each product in the first step of the online order.
5 PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The provider undertakes the responsibility to protect your privacy. All personal data of the user of the online store shall be confidential and will, under no circumstances, be provided to unauthorised persons.
You can visit most of the pages in our online store without having to disclose your personal information. However, we obtain some information automatically using cookies and web signals (pixel tags) which are standard tools in the online industry. The use of cookies and web signals allows us to identify your IP address, the type of browser you use and your overall online activity. If you turn off cookies on your computer, you will not be able to make a purchase from an online store.
We need your personal information when you buy from our online store. We do not disclose the information you provide to us to third parties, except for the purpose of confirming the validity of a purchase by debit card, product delivery, marketing and promotion. The provider shall take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data.
The user is also responsible for protecting personal data by ensuring the security of his/her username and password and the appropriate software (antivirus) protection of his/her computer.
6. ORDERING
ORDER PROCESSING
The online store will begin the activities necessary for the execution of the accepted order immediately after it is received.
REJECTION OF THE CONTRACT
If an order is found not to be in possession of an online store under the correct conditions, the information available to the online store shall be rejected. The consumer cannot require the performance of such an order.
ORDER RETENTION
The email order or the contract concluded is stored at the company’s head office. The consumer can follow all his/her orders on his/her profile.
WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS AND NON-TRANSFER OF GOODS IN SLOVENIA
In accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may notify the tenderer in writing of the withdrawal of an order at shop@witchhazel.eu without the need to state the reason for his/her decision.
All costs of unreceived goods or the dispatch of returned goods are the buyer’s responsibility.
In connection with the withdrawal or denial of goods, the consumer shall be charged the postage costs (according to Pošta Slovenije’s price list) and bank transaction costs.
Upon return, the products must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. The return must also be accompanied by a copy of the invoice for the goods, personal data and the transaction account for which the customer wishes to receive a refund.
The buyer must return the goods to the company within 15 d14ays of the written message to: WH, WITCH HAZEL d.o.o., Savska cesta 17, SI-4260 Bled, with the attributed “Online Sales.”
The provider shall refund the price to the customer reduced by the costs mentioned above (postage and bank transaction) no later than 15 days after the receipt of the returned shipment.
WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS AND NON-TRANSFER OF GOODS FOR THE COUNCIL AND RUSSIA
In accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may notify the tenderer in writing of the withdrawal of an order at shop@witchhazel.eu without the need to state the reason for his/her decision.
All costs of unreceived goods or the dispatch of returned goods are the buyer’s responsibility.
The return of personalised products is not possible unless they were made with a marked defect for which we are responsible.
In connection with the withdrawal or denial of goods, the consumer shall be charged the postage costs (according to Pošta Slovenije’s price list), bank transaction costs and preparation costs of the shipment ($10).
Upon return, the products must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. The return must also be accompanied by a copy of the invoice for the goods, personal data and the transaction account for which the customer wishes to receive a refund.

7. DELIVERY IN SLOVENIA AND AROUND THE WORLD
7.1 DELIVERY IN SLOVENIA
Orders received by 12pm are prepared and packaged up on the same day. All orders received after 12pm are prepared and packaged up on the following business day. In the event of an increased volume of orders, the period of dispatch may be extended.
If the goods you ordered are not in stock, we will agree with you on a delivery date.
The goods are sent via Pošta Slovenije. On weekends and public holidays, goods are not carried out.
Please note that delivery of a shipment takes a certain amount of time. In Slovenia, the delivery time for most shipments is one day, but for various reasons like breakdowns, accidents, errors and road conditions, the delivery time can be extended.
7.1.2 DELIVERY COSTS IN SLOVENIA
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Pošta Slovenije. The buyer covers postage in case of the purchase totalling less than €50. The cost of delivery at the time of purchase is €3.68 and is listed at the end of your order on the invoice that you receive together with the products you ordered. When spending over €50, the cost of shipping is free. If you decide to pay for the order upon delivery, the shipping costs will be higher due to the ransom service and the commission charged by Pošta Slovenije (see 2. METHOD OF PAYMENT). This additional cost is paid to Pošta Slovenije retrospectively and is not included in the invoice.

7.2 WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Delivery of ordered goods in an online store is also possible in most countries around the world.
The ordered goods are prepared and dispatched on the same day (if ordered by 12pm) so that the goods are typically received within 4–5 working days. Delivery times may be extended in countries with customs administrations.
If the goods you ordered are not in stock, we will agree with you on a delivery date.
7.2.1. DELIVERY COSTS IN THE EU
Delivery costs for shipment of goods outside Slovenia are charged at the second tariff, according to the DHL price list. Each purchase from EU countries is limited to up to €1,000.
7.2.2 DELIVERY COSTS WORLDWIDE (OUTSIDE OF THE EU)
Delivery costs for shipments of goods outside of Slovenia are charged at the second tariff, according to the DHL price list. Individual purchases from non-EU countries are limited to up to €600.
For non-EU countries, the buyer pays for the import customs intervention and the import customs duty if required by law.
7.2.3. DELIVERY COSTS TO RUSSIA AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Delivery costs for the shipment of goods to Russia are charged according to UPS’s price list.
Please follow all requests or instructions from UPS and customs authorities for additional personal data, which will also require you to provide a passport number.
Free shipping is valid for all purchases above €200 and up to a weight of 3kg — this promotion is valid until 31.12.2021 and only applies to Russia.
For non-EU countries, the buyer pays for the import customs intervention and the import customs duty if required by law.
8. COMPLAINTS AND WRONG GOODS
COMPLAINTS
All products are inspected and dispatched unharmed before delivery. Products are carefully packaged in a delivery box to reach you unharmed and in their original packaging.
The buyer should inspect the goods received immediately. The buyer has the right, in accordance with Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, to immediately refuse the goods to the courier who delivered them in the event of any damage to the product caused during transport. You and the courier will then fill out the report that underpins the resolution of the complaint. On this basis, we will replace the damaged product with a new one.

WRONG GOODS
Buyers should inspect the goods received immediately. If the package sent contains the wrong goods, the buyer must inform the store within three days via email at shop@witchhazel.eu . On the basis of the relevant notice, the www.withchazel.eu package will be replaced as soon as possible. Upon receipt of the returned product to the company’s headquarters, the right product is sent to the customer.
9. SECURITY (this section is adapted to the banking system subsequently)
Shopping and paying through an online store is safe. All cash transactions made in an online store are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and secure data encryption.
All payments made with a debit card are processed in real time by instantly verifying your bank data for your safety. Payment can be made by debit card, including Maestro, Activa Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Diners Club.
All data you provide to us is encrypted using SSL data encryption technology. This advanced data encryption process allows personal data to be kept private. Personal data is transferred from your computer to the bank’s authorization server in coded format and is not stored on the provider’s server. Under no circumstances is the provider liable for any links that are not part of this website or any other websites that are or are not associated with this website. The provider disclaims all liability for the correctness of any information available on these related pages and of any products or services available on these websites.

The tenderer will confirm with the customer within five working days that he/she has received the complaint along with the length of time he/she will deal with it. The tender will then keep the customer informed at all times of the progress of the procedure. The tenderer shall do his/her utmost to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.
